The Beginning Shows the Action in Progress
Past tense usually reveals the doer at the end. Present tense usually reveals it at the beginning. يَفْعَلُ means “he does”; تَفْعَلُ means “you do” or “she does”; أَفْعَلُ means “I do”; and نَفْعَلُ means “we do.”
يَـHe / they.تَـYou / she.أَ · نَI · we.
Plural forms can add an ending too: يَفْعَلُونَ means “they do.”
